Clean place with sea views and welcoming staff. Spotless and airy rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous and brilliant location very close to great Orme tramway, and 5 minute walk from R a o b Club. Based short walk to the pier, the centre of town and the beach, and the pier and bars cafe's and shops. The downstairs bar onsite.

The spacious room was lovely, but the restaurant menu was limited and pricey.

Unique dining experience, spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent attention to detail in decor
Limited on-site parking availability made it a hassle to find nearby spots!!! The noise from seagulls and nearby pubs can be quite disruptive during the night!!! Maybe consider addressing the temperature control issues in the bathrooms for added comfort!!!

The corner sea view room features tasteful decor with comfortable bedding, with a fantastic vantage point of the ocean. Fresh fruit awaited us in the fridge, a personal touch.
The bathroom struggled with cold temperatures outside radiator hours. Accessing plug sockets proved tricky, tucked away behind furniture and down at floor level, which can be annoying. The nearby pub contributed to noise that might disturb light sleepers. Windows should stay shut for peace. Dinner prices felt excessive, particularly the tapas, which left a dent in the wallet without a corresponding value in quantity.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a mountain view that added charm to our stay. The tapas menu at the restaurant was really good, with generous portions of beautifully cooked dishes. Accessing the room required navigating several flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some. The breakfast selection was satisfactory.
